Tips and Guidelines for Utilizing the Event Start Date in a Campaign
The Event Start Date field enables you to create automated processes based on a specific date and time. By setting the Event Start Date, all the components within the campaign will be triggered in relation to that particular day and time.
To illustrate, let's say you are organizing a webinar scheduled for January 20th. You can construct a campaign and designate the Event Start Date as January 20th, 2 pm. Within this campaign, you can include various items such as emails and text reminders. You can set the timing of these items to be sent out Before one day, Before 1 hour, and so on, effectively ensuring that participants receive reminders the day before and an hour before the webinar begins.
